Hong Kong to Sweden by Train (Trans-Siberian)Route :Singapore, Malaysia, Macau, Hong Kong, China, Mongolia, Russia, Finland, Sweden Kalle and I finished our two semesters of exchange studies in Singapore and on the 6th of May 2005 left Singapore by bus to Kuala Lumpur International Airport where we flew to Macau. From Macau we took a one-hour boat to Hong Kong. We first stayed five nights in Hong Kong with our friend Debbie and her dad Bob. We had a great time but the travel blog started as we got to China. I brought my laptop with me, that's how I could work on these webpages while travelling. ![]() Me and Kalle in Hong Kong train station. Now slacking and eating nice homemade food in Bob's appartment is over :) Travel Blog with Photos 12.5.2005 - Beijing, China - in English - in Swedish 13.5.2005 - Beijing, China - in English - in Swedish 15.5.2005 - Beijing, China - in English - in Swedish 16.5.2005 - Beijing, China - in English - in Swedish 17.5.2005 - Beijing, China - in English - in Swedish 18.5.2005 - Beijing, China - in English - in Swedish 20.5.2005 - Beijing, China - in English - in Swedish 22.5.2005 - Ulaan Baatar, Mongolia - in English - in Swedish 25.5.2005 - Ulaan Baatar, Mongolia - in English - in Swedish 29.5.2005 - Irkutsk, Russia - in English - in Swedish 1.6.2005 - Train 339 Irkutsk-Moscow, Russia - in English - in Swedish 3.6.2005 - Moscow, Russia - in English - in Swedish 4.6.2005 - Moscow, Russia - in English - in Swedish 7.6.2005 - St Petersburg, Russia - in English - in Swedish We spent two days in Helsinki, Finland before taking the ferry to Sweden.
